Ryan, Owner/Project Manager

With over 27 years in the construction industry, building isn't just what I do — it's who I am. I grew up around home and commercial construction and was drawn early on to the challenges and rewards the craft brings. That passion hasn't faded a day since. My background spans carpentry, concrete, remodeling, home building and home repair, giving me a well-rounded foundation to approach every project with both the big picture and the fine details in mind. Rycon Services proudly celebrated 10 years in business this year. Over the past decade we've grown alongside some exceptional industry partners, and it shows in the craftsmanship we deliver. Our reputation is built on communication, organization, and genuine commitment — and it's reflected in the loyal clients who keep coming back.

At the heart of it all, I truly value getting to know our clients. Those relationships aren't just a nice part of the job — I believe they're what drives a quality product.

Tonya, Co-Owner/ Marketing, Realtor

I'm a local Realtor (and can help with any of your real estate needs) and work the back end of our general contracting business. Although I haven't held a construction job, I thoroughly enjoy home projects, remodeling and interior design. In fact, I've helped in the redesigning and implementing of multiple projects in our home. I have proudly taken on the task of marketing for our business and look forward to future growth in our company. You will occasionally find me helping my husband in the field as well. My past schooling includes an Associates of Applied Arts/Science degree and Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene (I practiced for 12 years). 

Sam, Assistant Project Manager

Sam was born and raised in Olympia, where he attended Capital High School. Growing up, he was actively involved in sports and continues to enjoy both playing and watching them today. A true football enthusiast, Sam considers the sport his passion outside of work—right alongside spending quality time with his family.

Recently married to his wonderful wife, Bailey, the couple now calls Olympia home. Known for his hearty appetite and love of a good nap, Sam believes in the value of hard work, balanced with plenty of fun! Sam loves to have a good time and goof around, and you'll almost always catch him with a smile on his face!

AJ, Laborer

AJ was born and raised in Elma, where he attended Elma High School. Growing up in a small town gave him a strong appreciation for the outdoors. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends and family. AJ takes pride in working hard and is known for being dependable, respectful, and is always ready to help others whenever he can. Whether he’s outdoors, spending time with loved ones, or helping someone however he can, AJ values hard work, loyalty, and making the most of every day.

Jessica Young, Office Manager

Jess Young is the newly hired Office Manager at Rycon Services, where she oversees office operations, customer relations, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination. She brings experience in fast-paced construction and service industries and takes pride in keeping operations organized, efficient, and customer focused.

Born and raised in Elma, Jessica has been a longtime family friend of Rycon owners Ryan and Tonya for more than 8 years, making the opportunity to join the team especially meaningful. 

Outside of work, Jess enjoys coaching softball, supporting her kids in sports, and spending time outdoors with her husband Tim, and her family. She believes strong communication and teamwork are the foundation of success in both business and life.
