Ryan, Owner/Project Manager

I've worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and have gained experience through multiple aspects. I grew up around home and commercial building construction and quickly knew I enjoyed the challenges and rewards that construction brings to my life. I have a background in carpentry, concrete, remodeling, & home repair. I truly value getting to know my customers and cherish our relationships. I believe that this truly impacts a quality product.

Owner/Realtor. Works the back-end of the business, marketing & helps with all your real estate needs

Tonya, Co-Owner/ Marketing, Realtor

I'm a local Realtor (and can help with any of your real estate needs) and work the back end of our general contracting business. Although I haven't held a construction job, I thoroughly enjoy home projects, remodeling and interior design. In fact, I've helped in the redesigning and implementing of multiple projects in our home. I have proudly taken on the task of marketing for our business and look forward to future growth in our company. You will occasionally find me helping my husband in the field as well. My past schooling includes an Associates of Applied Arts/Science degree and Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene (I practiced for 12 years).

Trent, Assistant Project Manager

I've worked with Rycon since February 2020 & really enjoy what we do. I love learning new things, working with my hands, and watching the projects we work on turn into beautiful spaces. I always took wood working and mechanics classes in school and to this day these are what interest me the most. I love that I get to use my skills daily and that the line of work I'm in is something I truly enjoy doing. Every day is something new and that's one of my favorite things about this job. Outside of work I spend my free time working on vehicles, wheeling, side jobs, and spending time with family and friends.

I've worked with Rycon since October 2021 and have learned so many new things. My brother Trent and I have always been good at building things, and have done projects together since we were kids. Now we get to renovate spaces together and apply our skills to our every day job. I've always wanted to work in construction so I feel lucky to be a part of this team. Outside of work I like to work out, spend time with my girlfriend, and do side jobs.

I’ve been with Rycon Services since March 2022 and I’ve already learned so much . I love working construction because it’s always something new everyday and I love making our customers happy with the outcome of our remodels. Growing up I’ve always loved building new things and working with my hands. I have always wanted to work in construction ever since I was younger so I’m very excited about my future in this line of work. This job can be challenging but that’s what I love most about it. Outside of work I spend my free time fishing, hunting, working on vehicles and spending time with my friends and family.
