Client Testimonials for Rycon Services - General Contractor

I have had many clients that have used Rycon Services to build their dream home! They are GREAT to work with… they do quality work and go above and beyond to get the job done!

We had an excellent experience working with Rycon on our bathroom remodel. The work was performed on schedule and on budget. The crew was professional and made great efforts to minimize the inconveniences of living through a construction project. Communication was good throughout. I'd happily recommend them to others.

Ryan and his crew, known for their expertise in custom home builds, constructed a shop in our backyard and carried out a complete remodel of two bathrooms. Everything turned out great! The quality of their work was impressive, and they consistently did an excellent job of cleaning up each day while accommodating our schedule. As a general contractor in Olympia, Ryan made the entire process—from the initial meeting and estimate to selecting the finished products—very straightforward, offering valuable ideas when we were uncertain about our choices. We would definitely choose RYCON again for any home remodeling project.

RYCON SERVICES, a trusted general contractor in Olympia, recently completed a full home remodel for us. Ryan exhibits great patience, works with skilled subcontractors, and is highly trustworthy. His wife, Tonya, who was our realtor during our search for this home, also deserves praise for her assistance with our custom home builds.

Ryan and his team did an outstanding job on my condo remodel. As a skilled general contractor in Olympia, he is an excellent communicator who always delivers on his promises and is punctual. I chose Ryan for my project because during our very first meeting, he was thoughtful about the home remodeling process, offered valuable advice, and was forthright about the timelines he could meet. He truly prioritizes his clients. I don’t think anyone could find a better contractor for custom home builds! I am so happy with the outcome. Thank you, Ryan, and everyone on your crew! 10/2020

Ryan at Rycon worked with my husband and me on a kitchen remodel. After receiving estimates from four different contractors, we chose Ryan as our general contractor in Olympia due to his competitive pricing and friendly demeanor. We wanted someone who was easy to collaborate with and could deliver quality home remodeling work at reasonable prices. Ryan did an excellent job! We completed the project and were satisfied with every aspect of the remodel. We highly recommend Ryan for anyone looking for a general contractor in Olympia, especially for custom home builds or renovations.

Ryan did a complete remodel of our bathroom, which was our first home project, so we felt a little overwhelmed. As a skilled general contractor in Olympia, he walked us through the entire process, offered to meet us to pick out materials, and always communicated the timeline and when he would be there. He also helped us stay on budget when selecting materials. Ryan is a really personable and honest guy who never made us feel like we were bothering him with our many questions. The bathroom looks amazing, and we are so glad we chose Rycon for our home remodeling project. We will definitely be calling him for our next custom home builds!

Ryan showed up to do the installation that was about 30 years overdue. Shower time required us to open a window for the steam to dissipate. Ryan was timely in his arrival; I could have set my clocks by him. He said he would be here at 8:30 and he arrived at 8:30. His work on my home remodeling project was as flawless as his timeliness. If you're looking for a first-rate general contractor in Olympia, Ryan is your guy. Everything his website states about his qualities, work ethic, and performance is absolutely true. I would definitely hire him again when the need arises for custom home builds or any other projects. 11/2018

What a great find! Ryan runs a professional contracting business in Olympia, specializing in home remodeling and custom home builds. I've had him lay wood and laminate floors, install light fixtures, finish drywall, and repair an outdoor shower. He's currently getting ready to enclose a cellar space with crawl space access. He can perform any task and deliver quality work. The only reason I held off on my review is that I don't want to wait while he does work for you! 03/2017

The professionalism of Rycon Services is second to none! Ryan took care of us from the first phone call to set up the appointment for our home remodeling project to the completion of our small task. We now have custom-built stairs leading from our existing deck to our patio area. Let me tell you, these stairs are WELL BUILT too! That sucker is not going anywhere. Even the city inspector, who is usually tough on quality, was impressed with the work done by this dependable general contractor in Olympia. Overall, it’s reassuring to know we have a reliable partner for any project. Rycon delivered for us, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to tackle a project.

I highly recommend this company for custom home builds and home remodeling. Ryan, a general contractor in Olympia, was very easy to work with and provided timely updates about his availability to install a new door for me. He quickly assessed my needs and installed a door with a combination-like lock, so I would still be able to get in even if I left my keys inside. :--) I intend to consult with Ryan on some other projects when the rain lets up! PS- My dog Pumpkin also wanted to let you know that this is a dog-friendly company.

Ryan was great! As a general contractor in Olympia, he quickly addressed my immediate water issue and identified and repaired my leak. He even came back for a follow-up visit. During that time, he pointed out some other problems I had, sourced the necessary parts, and fixed my dryer as well. I'm now preparing a list of home remodeling tasks for him to tackle when he returns. He's definitely my go-to handyman for any custom home builds or repairs!
