All the work was high quality and they did a very good job of cleaning up everyday and working around our schedule. Ryan made the whole process from the initial meeting and estimate to selecting the finished products very easy and he came up with good ideas when we weren't sure how we wanted things. Ryan @ Rycon worked with my husband and I on a kitchen remodel. We had estimates from 4 different other contractors. We chose Ryan based on his estimate and personality. We wanted someone who would be easy to work with and did quality work at reasonable prices. Ryan did a great job! We finished and were pleased with all aspects of the remodel. Ryan did a complete remodel of our bathroom. It was our first home project so we felt a little overwhelmed. He walked us through the entire process, offered to meet us to pick out materials, and always communicated the timeline and when he would be there. He also helped us stay on budget when picking out materials. He is a really personable honest guy who never made us feel like we were bothering him if we had questions (and there were a lot!) Ryan showed up to do the installation that was about 30 years overdue. Shower time required us to open a window for the steam to dissipate. Ryan was timely in his arrival, I could have set my clocks by him. He said he would be here at 8:30 and he arrived at 8:30. His work was as flawless as his timeliness. If you're looking for a first rate contractor, Ryan is your guy. What his website says about his qualities, work ethic, and performance are all true. What a great find! Ryan runs a professional, get-the-job done contracting business.  I've had him lay wood and laminate floors, make light fixture, finish off drywall, repair outdoor shower; he's getting ready to enclose a cellar space with crawl space access. The professionalism of Rycon Services is second to none! Ryan took care of us. From the first phone call to set up the appointment to the completion of our small project.  We now have a well built stairs off our existing deck to our patio area. Let me tell you WELL BUILT too! That sucker is not going anywhere. Even the city inspector said he does not give much props on quality but he was impressed with the work.  Overall, it's nice to know that we have a dependable general contractor in the area that will get the job done right.  RYCON delivered for us and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to tackle a project.   02/2017

 I highly recommend this company. Ryan was very easy to work with and timely with updates concerning his availability to put in a new door for me. Ryan was great! He fixed my immediate problem with my water and found and fixed my leak. He even came out for a follow up. He brought my attention on to some other issues I had, got some parts and fixed my dryer as well.  I'm preparing a list of things for him to do when he comes back out. He's now my go to handyman.     2016
